Speel hier NIET, ik herhaal, speel hier NIET. Bij mijn eerste storting werd een winst niet bijgeschreven. Het is nu een week geleden en ze hebben het bedrag nog steeds niet uitgekeerd. Ik heb per ongeluk opnieuw gestort en wist winst te maken. Uitbetaling staat nu al 4!! dagen op “in behandeling”. De reden: ze hebben mijn storting niet ontvangen van de betaalprovider. Hoe is dat mijn probleem? Ik heb gestort, het bedrag is van mijn bankrekening afgeschreven en jullie hebben mijn account gecrediteerd. Ik raad ten zeerste aan om je geld ergens anders te besteden. De klantenservice is ook erg slecht. “Heb gewoon geduld.”

I made a deposite of €200 last night and received a total of €400 bonus money. The bonus stated that you have to play the bonus amount a total of 35 times before its being handed to you as ”account money” which can be withdrawn.

I played and bet 35 times the bonus amount and therefore received a total of €3979,50 in my account. I made a made higher amount but in the Bonus terms and conditions it states that

”Maximum bonus amount that can be converted to cash and withdrawn is equal to 10 times the bonus amount.”

So €400 times 10 is €4000 in total, I made a few more bets and ended up with €3979,50 in my account which should be ready to be withdrawn.

When I woke up this morning and checked my account my total balance was €0. I was shocked and contacted the LiveChat of Turbowins and an employee told me that the total Balance was beging voided because I played bets larger than €5 and in the Bonus Terms and Conditions it states that:

”There is a maximum bet amount per round using Bonus Funds equal to $/€5”

I said that I found it harsh that with the bets I placed, which where for the biggest amount €5 slot bets the total amount of €3979,50 was being voided. I can understand that those bets that exceed the €5 amount will not count for reaching the total of 35 times the starting Bonus amount. If they refuse to give back the €3979,50 then let me play which the total Bonus Money I had (including a total of €10286.50 which was being voided because of the cap of only paying out 10 times the starting Bonus amount).

The LiveChat employee said he only could give me back the starting ¤400 bonus money which means I have to start playing 35 times that before I can get it withdrawn, which doenst feel like a solution to me. I want the total of €3979,50 back from them and ready to be withdrawn.

Instasino geeft aan dat uitbetaling binnen 48 uur uitbetaald zou moeten worden echter blijft het op pending staan en klantenservices zegt als enigste dat ik geduld moet hebben dat ze er mee bezig zijn

Ik heb een bedrag gewonnen van 1500 3x 500 en wacht al meer dan 12 dagen op een uitbetaling. Heb ze gemaild ze hebben 2 x mail gestuurd omdat ze vertraging hadden. En ik mail ze nog steeds maar krijg geen reactie terug. Ben bang dat ik ook helemaal niets ga krijgen. Als ik de recensies eerder had gezien over deze site was ik ook echt niet aan begonnen. Deze is wel de ergste totaal niet onbetrouwbaar. Ik hoop dat ik die bedrag krijg.. En hoop dat ze sluiten.
