I made a deposite of €200 last night and received a total of €400 bonus money. The bonus stated that you have to play the bonus amount a total of 35 times before its being handed to you as ”account money” which can be withdrawn.
I played and bet 35 times the bonus amount and therefore received a total of €3979,50 in my account. I made a made higher amount but in the Bonus terms and conditions it states that
”Maximum bonus amount that can be converted to cash and withdrawn is equal to 10 times the bonus amount.”
So €400 times 10 is €4000 in total, I made a few more bets and ended up with €3979,50 in my account which should be ready to be withdrawn.
When I woke up this morning and checked my account my total balance was €0. I was shocked and contacted the LiveChat of Turbowins and an employee told me that the total Balance was beging voided because I played bets larger than €5 and in the Bonus Terms and Conditions it states that:
”There is a maximum bet amount per round using Bonus Funds equal to $/€5”
I said that I found it harsh that with the bets I placed, which where for the biggest amount €5 slot bets the total amount of €3979,50 was being voided. I can understand that those bets that exceed the €5 amount will not count for reaching the total of 35 times the starting Bonus amount. If they refuse to give back the €3979,50 then let me play which the total Bonus Money I had (including a total of €10286.50 which was being voided because of the cap of only paying out 10 times the starting Bonus amount).
The LiveChat employee said he only could give me back the starting ¤400 bonus money which means I have to start playing 35 times that before I can get it withdrawn, which doenst feel like a solution to me. I want the total of €3979,50 back from them and ready to be withdrawn.
