after 72 hours the money is back into my account Pokobet and nobody is a
willing to assist. Every time there is a different excuse and is said try again

Ik heb een bedrag gewonnen van 1500 3x 500 en wacht al meer dan 12 dagen op een uitbetaling. Heb ze gemaild ze hebben 2 x mail gestuurd omdat ze vertraging hadden. En ik mail ze nog steeds maar krijg geen reactie terug. Ben bang dat ik ook helemaal niets ga krijgen. Als ik de recensies eerder had gezien over deze site was ik ook echt niet aan begonnen. Deze is wel de ergste totaal niet onbetrouwbaar. Ik hoop dat ik die bedrag krijg.. En hoop dat ze sluiten.

I deposited multiple times and think I lost about €4,000. I thought I'd deposit another €500, which I won and had about €1,000, but I couldn't cash it out. I had to wager it three times first, so I did. I had about €1,700 and went to cash it out. After a few hours, it was canceled. I tried again, and it was canceled again. So I contacted them, and they said, “Try again, everything's correct.” I did it again, canceled it again, and contacted them again. They said, “You wagered €500/€1,500, so you haven't wagered the €500 three times yet.” I said, “That's not correct,” but I wagered another €1,000 and reclaimed it. Now I have €2,282.27 and tried to cash it out, and since then, it says “pending” on the withdrawal. Customer service also seems like a bot.
